Bruce Lee, who I greatly admire, once said..

“If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

This is probably one of my favorite quotes because it applies to anything and everything in this thing called life.  It’s a quote that I like to go back to and read over because it inspires me and helps me stay motivated.  It’s also partially why I decided to become a personal trainer.  I wanted to become better, I wanted to be an example and help others become great and achieve their fitness goals.  

My motivation and achievements are measured by the success of my clients.  If you want to make a change, you need to make the move first by eliminating your limits and push beyond your plateaus.  To do this you must first shed your skin, become uncomfortable, become vulnerable to change and eventually you will transform to a better stronger version of yourself not just physically but mentally....You will Lose Yourself to FiTness.  Boom!
