Hybrid Strength Club
Class begins with joint mobility, flexibility and dynamic warmups. This will be the foundation to prepare the body to move through various stages of the workout e.g. agility, endurance, power, strength training.
Circuits and rotational stations, timed sessions performing as many rounds as possible, interval training with short rest periods. Stimulates fat burn by keeping sessions short but intense.
Build a strong core, lean muscle and improve functional strength. Compound movements will surround bench press, squat and deadlift.
