Small Group Personal Training

Our small group personal training sessions were created to provide our clients with an affordable solution to building strength and lean muscle while improving explosive performance. By combining strength and conditioning training along with proper sleep and nutrition (which we also coach), we are able to transform our bodies to look, move and feel better with improved confidence everyday.

Every training program at LYFT is designed to help improve agility, increase strength and work capacity and improve body composition. Our training programs meet our clients at their current capabilities and progress from week to week and month to month. Each of our training sessions are meticulously planned to cover a wide array of exercise movements that target the entire body, guaranteeing a comprehensive development of strength.

We believe that progress is the greatest motivator, and by monitoring your performance and increments in strength, we can adjust your sessions accordingly. By tracking your progress, we ensure that you're consistently challenged and progressively advancing towards your goals.

Strength: 3x/week

In our strength training sessions we focus on lifting weights, developing strength, building muscle and improving performance. Each session is a full body workout designed to improve movement patterns such as squat, bend, push, pull, twist and lunge. Each movement pattern is spread throughout the week so we can ensure we are working the body from multiple perspectives.

Conditioning: 2x/week

Our conditioning sessions consist of various training methods such as high intensity interval training, endurance, plyometric, and explosive training. These sessions are great because they enable our bodies to utilize different energy systems which help to burn fat and enhance our cardiovascular fitness health.

Schedule

Monday — Friday: 5:30pm / 6:30pm

*All other hours available by appointment only.

*Training sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to settle in, stretch, use the restroom, etc.

Once the training session begins, anyone arriving later than 5 minutes will not be able to participate.
