15-Day Cancellation Policy
We're sorry to see you go! If you need to cancel your membership, please submit your request at least 15 days in advance. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the form available on our website.
If you're cancelling within 15 days of the next billing cycle, you will still be charged for that cycle, but not the following one. Please note:
You will have access to the gym for another 15 days after submitting your cancellation request, as your current billing cycle has already been paid for.
This policy applies to all membership options, including group training, private training, semi-private training, and nutrition coaching.
Memberships cannot be cancelled while on hold. In limited circumstances, this may be handled differently at management discretion on a case-by-case basis. The standard 15-day cancellation notice begins on the first day the membership resumes
If a hold is requested after a billing cycle has been processed, no refunds will be issued.
