membership pause policy

Members may request a temporary pause of their membership by submitting the Membership Pause Request Form below.

  • Pause requests must be submitted at least 15 days before your next billing date to take effect on that cycle.

  • Pauses are available in monthly increments only, with a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 consecutive months.

  • During an approved pause, membership access and billing are suspended and will automatically resume once the pause period ends.

  • A $25 non-refundable pause fee per month applies and will be charged to the payment method on file.

  • Partial months, retroactive pauses, or refunds are not permitted.

  • Memberships cannot be cancelled while on hold. The standard 15-day cancellation notice begins once the membership resumes.

Short-term vacations or travel of less than one month are not automatically paused. In these cases, members may be provided with a vacation or hotel workout program to maintain training consistency.

In cases of injury or medical restriction, pause requests may be approved at the coach’s discretion. Documentation may be requested.
